How to Manage Moving After Major Life Transitions

Want An Aerial View Of Anything? Here Is How To Get It

Sometimes you just want an aerial view of your business, or you want to scout out other locations to establish your business. You want to do it without leaving your chair. There are three ways you can get an aerial image of absolutely anything.

Rent a Helicopter

Probably not what you had in mind, but a camera person and a news helicopter can get you aerial images. You can still sit in your comfy chair and never move, while the camera person and the helicopter pilot hover from above and/or move about the city. However, this is aerial imagery acquisition the old-fashioned way.

Aerial View or Satellite View of Maps

Another way to view things from above is via the aerial or satellite view of map apps. Two of the most common map apps online right now can provide you with images of every city, every state, every country, and every little nook and corner of the globe. In some apps all you might see are images that are out of date, but still contain places and things that exist now. In other apps, you get real-time views of everything. Depending on which views you prefer, you can use one or the other app to view everything from above.

Drones

Drones are the latest and greatest contribution to aerial views. They are much closer to the ground than the satellites that take pictures in space. They also take real-time images because you are the one controlling the drones and the drones' cameras from a remote location at the exact same time that the drones are in the air. In fact, drones with cameras are about as high-tech as you can get, and with images as realistic as you can get. If you do not have access to any of the above, there are businesses that provide these aerial image services.

Put Yourself in the Air

Of course, you could leave your chair and go see everything for yourself.  A helicopter or bi-plane can easily take you over and above the whole city. You could take your own images using your own camera equipment, since you know exactly what images you want anyway. Most business owners, however, do not have that kind of time to leave their offices and go scouting in the air around their cities. That is why all of the above exist to do the job for you.
